After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Please also check your spam folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
How can I return an item?
Use our return slip and send the goods to the return address indicated there. Further information can be found in our Right of Withdrawal and under Returns.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used.
My product was damaged or delivered incorrectly
Send us an email with your order number, a brief description and photos of the product and packaging to service@voltoria-performance.com.

All ingredients, allergens, contents, and consumption recommendations can be found on the respective product page and on the packaging.
Can I take more than the recommended amount?
No. The stated daily recommended intake must not be exceeded.
Are the products suitable for children?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are intended for adults and should be kept out of reach of children.
